What if I go over my included amount?
Chat: $0.49 per extra conversation, auto-bills in $25 increments. Voice: $3.95 per 5-call pack (calls 26–29 are a free buffer, bills at 30). Hard safety cap at 5× your plan.
Am I billed per minute for voice?
No. The flat voice price covers the per-minute carrier and AI cost — that's on us. Your bill is predictable.
What counts as a chat conversation?
One visitor session, regardless of how many messages they send. Text/chat only — voice is counted separately.
