PressTwo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PressTwo platform, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and embeddable chat widgets (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and payment information. Payment details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.
1.2 Customer Data
When you use our Service to create AI assistants, you may upload documents, website URLs, FAQs, and other content ("Knowledge Base Data"). This data is used solely to train your AI assistant and is not shared with other customers or used for any other purpose.
1.3 End-User Conversation Data
When visitors interact with your deployed AI assistant, we collect conversation transcripts, timestamps, and basic session metadata (browser type, approximate location at the city level). This data belongs to you and is accessible through your dashboard.
1.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, conversation volumes, and performance metrics. This data is used to improve the Service and is collected via server-side logging.
1.5 Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics are privacy-respecting and do not track individuals across websites.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party providers (hosting, payment processing, AI model inference) that process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
- AI Model Providers: Conversation data is sent to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) for inference. These providers do not use your data to train their models and are contractually bound to delete data after processing.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PressTwo, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Knowledge Base Data and conversation logs are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we delete all associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. For more details, see our Security page.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
